Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods has been producing the Yarra Valley Preserves brand of salad dressings, infused oils, vinegars, jams, jellies, mustards, cordials, chutneys and alcoholic fruits for over 20 years. Their Mad Dog brand of chilli based products was released in August last year and, most recently, the Yarra Valley Larder range of infused oils has just been launched.
The specialty preserves and gourmet foods are created as a labour of love - proudly prepared without artificial flavours, preservatives or emulsifiers and made in small batch runs to ensure the retention and enhancement of flavour and colour.
At Yarra Valley Gourmet Foods, each season’s harvest allows us the opportunity to celebrate food by developing more interesting and innovative flavour combinations whilst ensuring the highest quality of product.
