The Brittle Co. was established in June 2008 by Justine Zulueta. To this day, she hand-makes her brittles with a lot of care, and only uses the finest Australian ingredients. It is a wafer thin brittle unlike any other and is also gluten, wheat and preservative free. You can really taste the difference! The choices of Macadamia, Peanut, Cashew or Almond brittle are truly to die for...now the question is, which one should you have?
