Suzanne Quintner established her business, specialising in the colour and fragrance of North African food, in 2000. Since then she has developed a range of condiments, dips, dressings and sauces which have won Queensland government awards and are very well regarded Australia wide.
Suzanne's Harissa has been used on the menu at Gordon Ramsay's Maze Restaurant in Melbourne. As a former teacher she enjoys conducting North African cooking classes and has introduced many people to the delights of this delicious cuisine.
