Trish and Andrew are very much guided by the seasons and need to squirrel away as many cumquats, appleberries, limes, desert limes, apples and nuts for preserving, glace & drying.
Their logo is based on the remain of the old Port Willunga jetty pylons where local grains and slate were once shipped from in the 1800s. Port Willunga remains an inspiration today through its attractions.
