Australian native foods are creeping into mainstream food preparation. Chefs and foodies are experimenting with our native ingredients, using lemon myrtle, wattle seed, muntries and quandongs.

 

Green Farmhouse uses many other native ingredients combining them with traditional herbs and spices to create seasonings and salt blends to complement current 'food fashion', an easy flavour fix. They are designed to be all in one versatile jars replacing the numerous jars of spices that crowd our cupboards.

 

The products are Halal Accredited and have won a swag of medals at Sydney Royal Fine Food. No preservatives or artificial colourings or flavourings. No known allergens, e.g. bee products, gluten, nuts, egg or fish products.
