Katarina decided after a couple of years working in the banking/finance sector in Australia to follow her dreams of creating dried fruits using her family recipes. Following in her grandfather's footsteps and using the family's tried and tested recipes, her dream has finally come true.
Katarina has always been passionate about eating healthy natural foods and whilst working in the corporate world she found it difficult to source healthy snacks. Frucona Creations is the solution, providing Australians with a healthy and all natural snack and of course delicious.
They follow an ancient tradition of drying fruit naturally. No sulphur dioxide, citric acid, additives, colours or preservatives. Their dried fruit is high in dietary fibre, low in fat and cholesterol.It also provides an excellent source of anti-oxidants,vitamins and other nutrients. They use only the best quality Australian grown fruit, which can be used in a variety of yummy ways: mixed with cereal, in cake mixes, kids lunch boxes, party snacks and on your desk at the office.
