CT fine foods is a pasta production company based in Queensland. From their humble beginnings with a hand rolled pasta machine to their current production kitchen, they have maintained a hands-on approach that has made CT fine foods a name synonymous with quality. They are committed to bring you the freshest, most creative and unique flavours to awaken you taste buds and excite your palate.
To create great pasta they use the best quality Australian ingredients, including local where possible. Free-range eggs and Australian grown durum semolina are used; the durum wheat is not genetically modified, chemically stored or bleached. Nothing artificial is added to any of the products and their passion and love for the product ensures that the pasta cooks beautifully and tastes fantastic.
CT fine foods make a range of award winning gluten-free pasta (bronze medal winning at the Royal Sydney Fine Food Show) as well as 100% durum wheat pasta. Dukkah also feature in the range utilising native Australian bush foods. Saffron & Lemon Myrtle Tagliatelle and Balsamic, Rosemary & Chilli Fettuccine are some of the more unique flavour combinations with the Roasted Garlic & Chilli Linguine the most popular. The Mango & Chilli Dukkah is by far the most popular dukkah and a nice tropical Queensland influenced flavour. |
