CRUNCH Preserves began in 1999 and has since evolved into a viable business venture. It is a two person partnership involving Lyn Lloyd and Nelson Dahlberg. One of the aims of the business is to supply a high quality preservative and artificial colour free product.
They do not thicken their products with flour which destroys the original flavour. The products are cooked till a thick natural consistency is achieved. Most of the fruits and vegetables are sourced from the local markets, where they are fresher and more likely not to be sprayed with chemicals. All products are stringently tested through the chopping process to the end bottling process. It is all hand done to ensure high quality is maintained. |
