The Cheney Family has been involved in Organics for over 20 years, first as farmers in the Adelaide Hills and now as producers of delicious gourmet foods in the Adelaide Hill and The Varra Valley. Australian Harvest owned and operated by the Cheney Family produces a wide range of Gourmet Fine Foods, including the recently released Bio-Grape range of delicious functional foods, which compliments the existing range. . The Bio-Grape range are delicious high ORAC functional foods made with added Bio-Grape, the dark blue colour pigment extracted from the skin and seeds of red wine grapes which is a powerful antioxidant.
Bio-Grape Red Wine Jus was given a very high ORAC rating of 6,127 per 100ml which is higher than the best food source. It is delicious used to make a salad dressing with an Australian Harvest Organic Olive Oil or can be used as a health tonic.
The range also includes delicious Bio-Grape pastes to serve with cheeses, Red Wine Jus to use as the base for a salad dressing and Red Wine Chilli Sauce which is great as a steak or barbecue sauce.
The Organic Horseradish Vinegar with Bio-Grape is highly sought after by many for relieving the symptoms of hayfever, sinusitis, colds and flu. |
