A creative amalgamation of years of culinary travels around the globe and an earlier career in aromatherapy, Aromatics - Discover a World of Spices was brought to life in 2006 by Angela Pnini.

“I am a mother of 2 beautiful little girls who give me immense joy and fulfilment. Naturally they keep me extremely busy but my passion and motivation for Aromatics and the spices I use for the blends drives me to continue to create and produce contemporary, healthy alternatives in cooking with style and flavour.”

Happily anchored by the sea, Angela’s home and the base of Aromatics is produced in Victoria’s fantastic gourmet region, the Mornington Peninsula.

Aromatics spice blends give you the confidence and ease to experience and experiment with diversity in your cuisine, no matter what your level of cooking. You will achieve your adventurous edge by discovering a world of spices with Aromatics.

Currently there are a range of blends available in the Aromatics herb and spice range. All original recipes are freshly roasted and infused by hand. From exotic coffee spice to traditional pistachio dukkah delicately salted with Murray River salt flakes, and a world of flavours in between. Combinations of flavours that easily transform an ordinary meal into a culinary delight.
